Claudia Sandoval

PRESIDENT

Claudia partners with innovative organizations committed to changing the world. She is an experienced strategist with extensive knowledge and experience in philanthropy, education, and nonprofit sectors. Currently, she leads COS & Company, where she helps galvanize organizations and people by promoting strengths-based leadership, well-being, and engagement through coaching, facilitated learning, and consulting engagements.

Claudia holds multiple coaching certifications and completed over 600 hours of organizational development training to deliver high-value learning experiences focused on the latest trends and best practices. She’s designed and facilitated over 50 professional development workshops that build trust, reduce bias, improve communication, create solutions, and develop high-performing cultures. Ninety-eight percent of participants rate team sessions as extremely valuable/valuable, and 2/3rds experienced ‘many’ insights on being more effective at work. Claudia earned a Master of Education degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education and Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a graduate of the Coro Eastern Center Fellows Program. Selected and trained by Dr. Brené Brown, Claudia was one of the first global organizational development leaders to be certified as a Dare to Lead™ facilitator. Dare to Lead™ workshops cultivate bravery, the skills to have tough conversations and authenticity at work.
