Sample organizational development process

We’ll start with a broad review of your current situation and jointly develop a path forward.

  1. What is going on? Through surveys, focus groups, interviews, we’ll gather data and feedback to uncover core issues.

  2. First things first. After reviewing the data, we’ll recommend the best way to make changes and develop a targeted plan for individuals and teams. Our experience shows that choosing a few strengths-based strategies results in higher success.

  3. Making changes. With a plan in place, we’ll implement select strategies to drive the biggest improvements in employee engagement.

  4. How did we do? Once our changes gain momentum and we see results, we’ll gather new feedback to make sure we’re moving in the right direction and adjust where necessary.
